Corporate Events, Team Building and Private Parties

WorkshopSF hosts fun, engaging, and unique interactive activities both in-person and virtually for corporate events, teambuilding, and private parties! We’ve worked with companies such as Levi’s, Luna Bar, Old Navy, Autodesk, Pinterest, Meta, Google, Patreon, Gap Inc., and many, many more to plan creative, super fun corporate events for both their employees and customers. With over 15 years of experience hosting events for anywhere from 10 to 500+ participants, we’ll put together the best event for your team.

Past corporate and team building events have centered around specific DIY classes for creative team building, intern welcoming parties, department happy hours, and holiday gift making socials to name a few. These fun work events are great for building communications, collaboration, teamwork, and morale. We’ve also worked with individuals to plan birthday parties, wedding showers, private classes, and networking events for the community.

About our Team Building and Private Events

Each event is led by our experienced team of WorkshopSF instructors. We can accommodate events for large groups of 100+ participants, all the way down to small groups of only ten or so. While most of our corporate events are hosted onsite at WorkshopSF where we can easily accommodate 10-20 participants, we can also travel to your office or one of our designated event venues in the city to accommodate larger groups. If you are hosting a really large corporate event, we can offer walk up “make & take” stations where activities are simplified and can be done by all skill levels, from beginner to expert. in 5-15 minutes. These work very well in large conference or festival events, and can accommodate hundreds of participants. Alternately, since more and more office teams are distributed globally or working from home, we have adapted several of our most popular events and classes to work online via the virtual / Zoom environment!

ONLINE AND VIRTUAL EVENTS

For each of our online corporate events, WorkshopSF has designed a special event / class supply kit that includes all necessary tools and supplies, and will ship one kit to each participant prior to the event date. Each participant will also receive Zoom login credentials, and will login to participate as our WorkshopSF instructor leads the event virtually. MAKE & TAKE ACTIVITY STATIONS

This station setup is designed for much larger event environments such as festivals, conferences, or annual holiday events, and can accommodate hundreds of participants throughout the event. Activities are simplified so participants can walk up to each station, then “make & take” their projects. These are also ideal for mixing and matching multiple team building activities. If you do not see your ideal activity in the following list, talk to us as we often customize these activities for the client.
