DIY For Morning After: Make And Blend Your Own Tea $38

DIY’ers drink tea. DIY’ers should be able to make their own tea. In this class, you will learn the basic types of teas and blending ingredients to become a tea sommelier in no time! We will start class with a cupping & learn to taste the different varieties & blending ingredients. You’ll learn charming techniques for blending the dry ingredients and let you go nuts creating your personal blends from there. By the end, you will walk away with a new appreciation for tea and two hand crafted blends of tea to take home for your friends and frenemies to enjoy. Oh, and no doilies or loud hats allowed.

teacher bio: Christopher C is a Certified Tea Specialist and founder of the guerrilla tea party movement in SF (Sarah Palin need not apply). He is also a custom crafter of artisan small batch tea blends for T-We Tea. You can find him at http://www.christopherstea.com.
