How do you really expect to get anyone over to your place for pre-game when all you have to offer is a sixer of Keystone and half a pint of Sauza that was in the pantry when you moved in? Infusions! That’s how! In this latest DIY mixology class, learn how to make the following infusions: Limoncello, Atholl Brose (like a cream whiskey), and Absinthe. You will learn about the different types of distilled spirits and why you would use each. You will walk away with the ability to produce these infusions at home (and a half pint sample of each infusion in addition to the samples to try during the class), enough herbs and spices to make a quart of Absinthe, as well as an idea of how to create your very own infusions.
